Mixed Martial Arts – MMA:

Also known as “no-holds-barred” and “ultimate fighting”, is the fastest-growing professional sport in the world. MMA encompasses the most effective combat tactics from multiple disciplines and styles of martial art. MMA is a complete fighting system. Students develop a variety of skills for striking, grappling, groundwork, submission holds, joint locks, and takedowns, as well as conditioning for speed, strength, endurance

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – BJJ:

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend himself against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique. It contains stand-up maneuvers, but it is most famous for its devastating ground-fighting techniques. Gaining superior positioning—so one can apply the style’s numerous chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations on an opponent—is the key in BJJ.

Shingitai Jiu-Jitsu: 

A form of martial arts created by John Saylor that combines self-defense and combative techniques. Utilizes striking, grappling and submission moves for a broad range of self-defense scenarios. 

USA Boxing:

Is intended for the individual who wants to take the sport beyond the trendy cardio activity. Our primary task is to teach you the sweet science. You will learn hundreds and hundreds of old school boxing drills, in-depth strategies, winning tactics and evasive tricks, so many of the tested and true methods lost by the modern trainers of today. For boxing is more than survival of the fittest. It is a game of conditioned reflex action, destructive deception and coordinated, exquisitely articulated physical endeavor. We will bring you through every step. From learning how to make a fist to the tactics and strategies champions have employed to win their fights.

Kickboxing:

Is unique combination of many of the world’s most deadly striking arts, seamlessly blended together to achieve the acquisition of precision, rhythm, timing, balance, range, relaxation, speed and strength. In our training, we give our students learning experiences rather than just offering technique upon technique. The long-term training goal is to develop the practitioner’s ability to adapt to “fit-in” with any type of opponent.

Catch-As-Catch Can Wrestling:

Catch-as-Catch-Can is defined as “Using or making due with whatever means are available”. Jiu-jitsu of course translates to “gentle art” and Judo translates to “gentle way”. If the Catch Wrestling is regarded throughout the world as “The Violent Art”, as it is considered the most aggressive of these popular styles. It is also considered the father of Olympic Freestyle Wrestling.

Submission Fighting:

Is a sports modality and a general term that is used to describe the aspect of martial arts and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds. Submission wrestling as a separate sport integrates many grappling arts into a single system. Students develop a variety of skills for, grappling, groundwork, submission holds, joint locks, and takedowns, as well as conditioning for speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility. 

Military Close Quarter Combatives – CQC:

This fighting style can be used to describe an up-close military hand-to-hand fighting system, also known as combatives. It is also a term used for fighting an enemy at close range while armed. CQC teaches a person to use any part of their body as a weapon in any environment and how to use any modern day weapon as a tool of self defense. Weapon systems used include improvised knives, batons, firearms etc. 

Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do:

Learn Stategies, Techniques & Concepts of Original Chinatown Jeet Kune Do as taught by Bruce Lee when he was still alive to his 1st and 2nd generation students. We are on a mission to bring you knowledge that up until now has been largely unavailable to the general public. JKD is a devastating combination of speed, power and deception. There are no “Sport” aspects, no “Set Patterns nor Forms”. JKD is based on Simplicity, Economy of Motion and Intercepting Emotional Intent. We teach the core curriculum of Jeet Kune Do, not to confine us but to liberate us, and to discover our personal expression of Bruce’s art.

Kajukenbo:

If you take a blender and mix in Karate, Kali, Judo/Jujitsu, Kenpo, Chinese and American Boxing, Multiple cultures (Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino and American) with a dash of Aloha, plus a street mentality and press blend you get Kajukenbo. Known for being fierce, brutal, and Effective Kajukenbo is widely considered the first martial art created in the United States. Kajukenbo, a combination of several combat systems, gained its tough reputation decades ago in what was then the U.S. territory of Hawaii, where the style was synthesized. Kajukenbo’s no-nonsense approach to self-defense has earned the style recognition worldwide as an efficient fighting art.

Bujutsu Kempo:

This is a rewarding but challenging martial art that teaches self-defense techniques. Ideal for men, women, and children of all ages. Rich in history, Kempo is characterized by its use of quick and powerful body strikes.

Arnis, Kali:

Consists of: The Arnis / Kali / Escrima of the Philippine Archipelago, The Silats of Indonesian and Filipino Archipelagos, The Karates, Jujitsu and Aiki-Jujitsu of Japanese Archipelagos, The Kajukenbo and Hawaii’s Conversions of Kenpo/Kempo to America, The Cane and Knife Fighting from all of the Pacific Islands and The Polynesian hand, cane and small club fighting. Pacific Archipelago seamlessly connects the common threads of the above arts correcting and omitting sport aspects, artsy extravagances and isolating the very essence of combat.

JuJitsu:

A Japanese martial art that uses the strength or weakness of an opponent to accomplish fight goals. JuJitsu is used as a method of close combat for fighting without a weapon or with a short weapon.
